October 11-12, 2022 - Foliage Flight

Every fall, I try to fly up to Maine on a foliage flight.  But for various reasons I haven't done it in four years!  Peak foliage is early this year so I knew it had to be this week.  Weather looked good Tuesday and Wednesday so I flew up to central Maine on Tuesday and flew back Wednesday.  I nailed it; the foliage was simply awesome through western Massachusetts, Vermont, Massachusetts and central Maine.  Plus I got to see Mount Washington and Acadia National Park for the first time.  And of course, the Maine coast is always spectacular.
